I have received alot of phone calls lately about putting together a raw foods support groups for Utah so I finally did. Here is the link to join: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/utahrawfoodssupport/

This group has been up and going for awhile now and we have some AWESOME people really helping each other. It has been an honor for me to be a part of something so intimate in so many people’s lives. I have already learned so many insights and ideas from others experiences.

As you join, please read the description about the group and feel free, when ready to do so, to introduce yourself. We will all be very excited to have someone new as part of our little group. I would like us all to get to know each other better and really help each other through our process of incorporating healthier lifestyle changes. Please, email with any questions or concerns you may have about joining. I would love to answer any.

Here is an INSPIRING quote from a good friend of mine who has chosen incorporate a raw foods lifestyle. She is part of our AMAZING yahoo group, along with so many others, who have been feeling the safety and kinship of sharing their transitioning experiences with each other. I just wanted to share it with all those who jump onto my website in the hopes that it will inspire you, the same way it inspired me.

“I think we’ve all made a decision to start on a path that moves forward and if raw does nothing else, I think it forces you to live more consciously and deliberately. I think about why we all came to earth, why we’re even here and why we bother to continue breathing in and out each day, and it just makes me think, this is why we are here–to fight it out and to show what we are made of, that no matter what happens to us in this life, we will remain hopeful and we will keep moving forward. These experiences that we’re having are what are helping us to fulfill the measure of our creation. These things are what are molding us in to the women and men of character who we so much want to become. So to each of us wherever we are on our path, hooray for us and hooray for God. I have a friend who says, “God is good. Snaps to God,” and that is exactly how I feel. Snaps to God. He really does know what He’s doing. And I love that each of us is trying to do his or her part too.”
