1 1/2 c cashews
3/4 c chopped red bell pepper
2 garlic cloves
3/4 c nutritional yeast
3 T fresh lemon juice
1/2 c water
salt to taste

This is one of my favorite recipes. I could add Mexican seasoning and make it a nacho cheese. It is really great for any recipe that needs cheese. Put all the ingredients in the blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. YUM!! YUM!!
