1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/3 cup raw apple cider vinegar
2 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp grated onion
1 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 cup cold pressed olive oil
In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Slowly whisk in oil. Cover and refrigerate.
