4 cups chopped tomatoes
1 lemon squeezed
1 cup purtified water
1 Tbs. Chili powder
1/2 Tbs. Cumin
Sea salt to taste
1/2 cup red diced onion
2 stalks celery diced
1 red and 1 yellow pepper diced

Place water, lemon, tomatoes, and spices in a blender and blend till smooth. Pour into serving bowl, add peppers, onion and celery, m ix and enjoy.
