3 cups finely shredded cabbage
1 cup peeled & shredded zucchini
1 cup shredded carrots
1 bunch fresh basil, chopped
1 bunch mint, chopped
1 bunch chives, chopped
1/2 cup raw, unsalted peanuts

Combine all ingredients and toss to mix thoroughly.

2 tbs. lemon juice
2 tbs. apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup Nama Shoyu
2 tbs. agave nectar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder

In a high speed blender, combine all dressing ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour the dressing over the salad. Mix well and serve.
